that called "Anonymously" which I think is the most ridiculous thing you can do, and made noise complaints on me... which led me to researching the city/state laws for Virginia Beach / Virginia, and that was what it says... thing that really threw me for a loop was when the first cop told me I couldn't even work on my OWN car in my OWN driveway... So I called about that, and the Zoning guy said they don't care WHERE I work on my own car, as long as its on my property... they said I could even work on it in the middle of my own front yard... as long as it wasn't disabled for more than a week or so... plus I have no home owners association (thank god) so the only recourse for ass neighbors is to make complaints with the police... thankfully all the officers were actually really cool about it, most just "informed" me of the complaint because they had to, even though they stated they saw/heard nothing wrong, and then sat around and bullshitted for a few minutes... really cool guys! Just sucks to have annoying neighbors... =( Thankfully the one guy moved... the jerk... ^_^
